Getting Things Done with BRGNS - Many Hands Make Light Work!

Over 20 volunteers from Green Mountain RSVP (GMRSVP), the Cavendish Bone Builders class, Cavendish Baptist Church, and Board Members from Black River Good Neighbor Services (BRGNS) worked together yesterday to prepare BRGNS most extensive mailing ever. Following a light lunch, BRGNS Director Audrey Bridge and GMRSVP Volunteer Coordinator Corey Mitchell worked along with the group to get the 6000 letters stuffed, stamped and ready to go to the Post Office. Laughter and light conversation kept this productive group going. BRGNS is located in Ludlow, VT. They serve Ludlow and surrounding towns with their Food Shelf, Thrift Store, Financial Assistance, Disaster Relief and Holiday Basket Program. GMRSVP volunteers work in the Thrift Store and on special projects like the mailing, Stuff-the-Bus, and Rummage Sales.
