RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) is a Senior Corps Program, which links more than 270,000 Americans to service opportunities through the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS).

CNCS is our federal grant funder, which provides most of the money for our program. The grants are for 3 years, and require matching funds. For ever $1 we receive in federal funding, we match $3. We get our matching funds from the State of Vermont, and many of the towns in Bennington, Windsor, and Windham Counties. We also get in-kind donations from many nonprofits and businesses that we partner with.
